Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 CAD to Canada and the USA.

How long does delivery take?

Orders to Canada and the USA typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. For orders to France, delivery times may vary — contact us at info@belinhome.ca for an estimate before ordering.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and France.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In some cases we can provide a shipping label — however, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at info@belinhome.ca to initiate a return. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address. You can also manage returns through your account on our website.

Start process

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@belinhome.ca.

Products

Are all Belin Home products handmade?

Yes. Every product is handcrafted by our artisans. No two pieces are mass-produced.

Will my product look exactly like the photo?

Our product photos are as accurate as possible, but because each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in colour, finish, and dimensions from piece to piece. These variations are a natural result of the handcrafting process and are not considered defects — they make each piece unique.

How do I care for my product?

Care instructions vary by material. Visit our Product Care page for full guidelines. As a general rule for all Belin Home products:

  • Clean gently with a soft dry cloth
  • Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials
  • Keep away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. Since orders are processed within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible at info@belinhome.ca if you need to make a change or cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All orders are insured. If your item arrives damaged, please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@belinhome.ca. Send us photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged item and we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes — we offer customization on our jar candles. You can choose your lid design, scent, and jar colour. For other customization inquiries, contact us at info@belinhome.ca and we will let you know what is possible.
